Site Assemblage

With 16 years in the City of St. Louis’s real estate division, Michele Duffe has extensive experience in purchasing and assembling sites for development.  The site assemblage usually includes negotiations with numerous and varied owners of property.  Success relies upon the ability to interact and come to agreement with these different owners.

In addition, the firm has extensive experience in providing relocation assistance for new developments, and has full knowledge of the requirements of Federal and state mandates, as well as most local approved relocation programs.

Lastly, ND Consulting Group’s staff has extensive experience in securing zoning and building approvals for difficult projects.  In most urban areas, new projects do not conform the building code, zoning ordinances and specialized district requirements, such as historic criteria or other neighborhood restrictions.  In these cases, it requires communication with neighborhood groups and public and elected officials in order to secure these approvals.  The ND Consulting Group staff works diligently to handle this process, to ensure a development’s approval.
