Michele Duffe

In 1998, Michele Duffe joined The Siedlund Company and formed Duffe-Nuernberger Realty, which holds membership in both the Commercial Information Exchange and St. Louis Metropolitan Listing Service.  Through Duffe-Nuernberger Realty, ND Consulting Groupís services include commercial brokerage, acquisition and site consolidation, relocation, planning and development. 

Prior to joining The Siedlund Company, Michele served 16 years as the Director of the Land Reutilization Authority and the Director of Real Estate for St. Louis Development Corporation. In that capacity, she was responsible for the marketing and maintenance of over 12,000 tax foreclosed properties, as well as special projects, such as the buyout of the í93 Flood properties, the design and legislation of the Brownfield program, and the citywide tire clean-up program. She started the Adopt-a-Lot Program that has developed hundreds of community gardens with the help of Gateway to Gardening.

A native St. Louisan, Susan recognizes the value of working close to home and developing community among residential and business neighbors.

She is committed to City living and focuses her real estate practice on commercial and residential, St. Louis City and inner-ring suburbs to encourage short commutes and better living. Susan works closely with her clients to guide them to the right decision and meet their real estate needs.

Joe Carpenter

Since 1979, Joe Carpenter has been a St. Louis developer involved in all aspect of residential and commercial projects. Those projects include the conversion of a parking garage into office and retail complex with parking, the renovation of buildings into apartments and loft the construction of infill townhomes and land development. Joe was the Managing Partner of Whitmoor Land Development and Golf Community, a successful 660 acre, thirty-six hole golf course community. The project included 500 single family home sites and 40 acres of multi-family housing and a club house and associated amenities.

Joe represents an independent senior housing and retail developer researching sites outside of Detroit and urban neighborhoods in Chicago and Lake County. Responsibilities include identifying communities and sites that fit their criteria and assisting them in teaming with local a partner. Selected sites are on main streets where shops and services are within walking distance. A typical project has 40-50 housing units with approximately 120 feet of retail frontage on the first floor. Costs range from $15-$20 million; projects are luxury rental spaces for active adults.

Joe is a broker licensed in Missouri and Illinois.

Mike Cromie

Mike has joined Duffe-Nuernberger Realty as a commercial agent specializing in city mixed-use properties and apartment complexes. Mike previously sold homes and will continue with the residential sales as he expands his focus to commercial real estate. Mike is a graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia and prior to changing to real estate industry spent 10 years working for Washington University School of Medicine and Howard Hughes Mediacal Institute. Mike lives in the Princeton Heights neighborhood, in the City of St. Louis, with wife Kristie and son Will.

Jassen Johnson locates and structures development projects and brings networking to the company where investors, clients, tenants, financial institutions, and local officials are all assembled to form a successful project. Jassen is a graduate of The University of Illinois with a Masters degree in Architectural Management/ Business and has several years of experience in urban redevelopment facilitation, design, sales, and leasing. Johnson has helped facilitate several successful redevelopment projects in
the city of St. Louis, and his architectural background enhances projects that really stand out.

Previous to real estate, Candace worked as an Early Childhood Educator for over 15 years and continues to teach yoga to children and adults too. Phil Farha

Phil joined the Commercial Real Estate Firm, Duffe-Nuernberger in 2014 as a Sales Associate.  Phil graduated college with a Bachelor's of Art degree in Economics from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.  He was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He is the fourth generation in his family to work in the commercial real estate field.  He's is an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan and he has great enthusiasm and commitment to the city of St. Louis.

John Watson

John Watson Jr. has joined Duffe-Nuernberger Realty Company as a Real Estate Sales Associate.

For the last 27 years, John has worked in public safety in the St. Louis area as well as serving as board president of a community non-profit – The Academy Sherman Park Association.

In this role, John has worked to facilitate residential and commercial development in the area, in addition to fostering community engagement in planning in the City of St. Louis. John also serves in a variety of positions in his local church – Maple Temple COGIC.

John brings his expertise in the community and knowledge of the St. Louis area to the
Duffe-Nuernberger team!

Alexia Anderson

Alexia Anderson is excited about working with Duffe Nuernberger Realty as a Sales Associate. She has a Bachelor of Science from Florida A&M University in Accounting.  She previously was the Staff Accountant for Build-A-Bear where she specialized in the company’s commercial retail leases. As one of the newest members to the Duffe Nuernberger team, Paul became an active agent in December 2007. Born and raised in the city, he has always had a passion for buildings, architecture and historic preservation. Before joining D-N Realty, Paul was President and co-owner for 21 years of Access Imaging Inc., a successful professional photography studio. A graduate of St. Louis University and CBC High School, he is very involved in community and neighborhood issues that build on and contribute to the renewal of urban living.

As a project manager, Eric McMahon is responsible for the feasibility analysis, finance, and tax credits for any given project. His experience and familiarity with multiple tax credit programs; including Federal and state historic tax credits, Brownfields, Rebuilding Communities, and New Market tax credits make him a valuable resource to any project. Mr. McMahon is a graduate of Saint Louis University and has a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship.

Kenneth W. Nuernberger  founded The Siedlund Company in 1987, prior to merging into ND Consulting Group, to assist organizations committed to housing and economic development, but lacking experience or special expertise in real estate development.  As Principal,  Mr. Nuernberger participates actively in every development project of the company.
