Michele Duffe In 1998, Michele Duffe joined The Siedlund Company and formed Duffe-Nuernberger Realty, which holds membership in both the Commercial Information Exchange and St. Louis Metropolitan Listing Service. Through Duffe-Nuernberger Realty, ND Consulting Group’s services include commercial brokerage, acquisition and site consolidation, relocation, planning and development. Prior to joining The Siedlund Company, Michele served 16 years as the Director of the Land Reutilization Authority and the Director of Real Estate for St. Louis Development Corporation. In that capacity, she was responsible for the marketing and maintenance of over 12,000 tax foreclosed properties, as well as special projects, such as the buyout of the ’93 Flood properties, the design and legislation of the Brownfield program, and the citywide tire clean-up program. She started the Adopt-a-Lot Program that has developed hundreds of community gardens with the help of Gateway to Gardening. |

Sauer
Susan Sauer joined Duffe-Nuernberger in 2005. A native St. Louisan, with
a background in graphic arts, Susan recognizes the value of working close
to home and developing community among residential and business neighbors.
She is committed to City living and focuses her real estate practice on
live /work spaces to encourage short commutes and better living. |

Liz Zempel, a City girl born and raised, started in 1998 as a display home greeter in The Gate District for CF. Vatterott Construction, and fell in love with real estate and new construction sales. Earning her license in 2000, she quickly moved into new home sales and has found her niche representing quality City products and helping people find their dream home. Currently Liz represents the beautiful Compton Gate Condominiums on Grand South Grand.

Joe
Carpenter
Since 1979, Joe Carpenter has been a St. Louis developer involved in all aspect of residential and commercial projects. Those projects include the conversion of a parking garage into office and retail complex with parking, the renovation of buildings into apartments and loft the construction of infill townhomes and land development. Joe was the Managing Partner of Whitmoor Land Development and Golf Community, a successful 660 acre, thirty-six hole golf course community. The project included 500 single family home sites and 40 acres of multi-family housing and a club house and associated amenities.
Joe represents an independent senior housing and retail developer researching sites outside of Detroit and urban neighborhoods in Chicago and Lake County. Responsibilities include identifying communities and sites that fit their criteria and assisting them in teaming with local a partner. Selected sites are on main streets where shops and services are within walking distance. A typical project has 40-50 housing units with approximately 120 feet of retail frontage on the first floor. Costs range from $15-$20 million; projects are luxury rental spaces for active adults.

Johnson
Jassen Johnson locates and structures

Before joining D-N Realty, Paul was President and co-owner for 21 years of Access Imaging Inc., a successful professional photography studio. A graduate of St. Louis University and CBC High School, he is very involved in community and neighborhood issues that build on and contribute to the renewal of urban living. |

housing development. She is experienced in construction administration
and rehabilitation projects, having spent eight years at the St. Louis
